My wife and I had a great visit with Jay yesterday while Bob also stepped in to provide very useful information. This was our first visit to The RV Spot but we were treated like long term customers. We toured several models and were given all the time we needed without feeling any pressure whatsoever. Rather than trying to make a quick sale, their goal is to make sure that you pick the right model. I would definitely recommend Jay and The RV Spot to anyone looking to buy an RV or trailer.

I want to say, A BIG THANK YOU, to Neil that drove 2 hours to our trailer on Saturday evening had us up and running in no time. A very pleasant experience. This is our first RV and we were treated as long time customers by Jay. The experience was very interesting as Jay took his time to show us used and new models according to what we were looking. Bob was also very helpful. You guys made our experience amazing can’t wait to start this new adventure.

First of all we want to truly thank Bobby, Jay, Keshav, Neil, Vincent and any of the staff at the dealer for all there support and help when searching to purchasing our new Jayco Whitehawk travel trailer to the service preparing and delivering the trailer to our campsite. We would give it an A+ for the "RV Spot" to purchase either a travel trailer or fifth wheel from Bobby or Jay, signing of and taking care of documentation from Vincent and for the great service in prep and delivery that Keshav and Neil provided. We would highly recommend to purchase your next trailer from them!

We were very lucky in our bad luck. We stopped for lunch in Alexandria and I noticed rain coming from the roof of the van. It seems the vent cover had blown off while we were driving. We were lucky to find someone at the RV spot on a Saturday afternoon who installed a new MaxAir cover over the hole on the spot, from purchase to install took barely 30 minutes. Great service!

We met Jay K. to view multiple fifth wheels during the Covid-19 time and were treated very well with all precautions put in place by Jay for a safe experience during the viewings. Jay was very informative but allowed us to take our time, to see everything in the units, with no pressure at all. Was a great and enjoyable visit.

Wow!We had an amazing experience with the whole team at The RV Spot. We went in to buy a beautiful Jayco trailer and were served exactly what we needed and wanted.Everyone there has been helpful, very nice and professional. We live almost 2 hours out and it was worth every minute of the drive !A huge thanks to Bobby, Jay and everyone there! We already can’t wait to be back in the fall for our first servicing and we can’t thank yall enough for making our summer great !Ps. Cet endroit nous a été recommandé par une connaissance comme étant un concessionnaire de confiance. Nous avons été accueilli avec le sourire et en français. Sylvain nous a trouvé la roulotte idéal selon notre liste de souhaits. M. Parent a fait tout sont possible afin de nous permettre d'y avoir accès rapidement. Vincent, l'homme calme de la situation, n'a mis aucune pression pour nous faire acheter les extra ( garantie prolongée, assurance, revêtement protecteur) et garde son calme peut importe la situation. Ils nous ont mis à l'aise et ont respecté notre opinion. Je suis vraiment satisfait jusqu'à maintemant.
